Central Business Centres plc issues first dividend

| Return

At the AGM in June 2023, CBC plc approved its first ever dividend.

A conservative amount was allocated in line with the company’s strategy and dividend policy plan. This compliments the company’s plans for sustainable growth in the long term.

CBC plc wanted to start giving its owners a return on their investment, while ensuring that its financial position remains strong, for the benefit of its bondholders and clients.
