With deep regret, the Company announces the passing away of Mr Alfred Sladden on the 19th November 2024.

Mr Sladden was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company on its formation. He served as the senior independent non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee. 

He was regarded as an excellent professional and a highly valued member of the team.

CBC plc honours Mr Sladden’s memory and extends its deepest condolences to all who are mourning his loss.
