CBC plc is pleased to announce that the Series 1 Tranche 1 consisting of €13,250,000 5.7% unsecured bonds due 2030 - 2035 have been subscribed in full.

The New Bonds were admitted to listing on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange on Thursday 4 December 2025 and trading commenced on Friday 5 December 2025.
